We always ask the customer to come in and pick a product first, so we can give an estimate. The estimates are important for the customer because they need to know how to budget for their floor purchase, (unless they already have a budget number already in mind). Estimates can take anywhere from 15-20 mins, to 45 mins, and up to an hour. It all depends on the product they pick and what process will be needed to prepare for the installation.
